The live 1-hour group classes for this 6-week program start Wednesday, Oct 5 at 4 pm Eastern. We’ll be meeting via Zoom.

You’ll get a separate calendar invitation for our six sessions complete with Zoom link. The live group classes happen on consecutive Mondays, the last one on Nov 9.

Remember that if you ever miss a class, you’ll be able to access the recording, usually within 24 hours.
